Authenticity Guarantee
All pre-owned Cartier watches at ECI Jewelers are guaranteed 100% genuine and certified authentic. Each timepiece is carefully inspected by our in-house experts, and Certificates of Authenticity are issued by ECI Jewelers.
Watch Certified Pre-Owned Certificates are available free upon request.
All watches are sized to fit the average wrist, approximately 7¼" to 7½" for men and 6¼" to 6½" for women. Additional links can be purchased if needed.
When listed as a “Complete Set,” the watch includes its original Cartier box and papers.
2 Year Warranty
Your watch is backed by ECI Jewelers' two-year limited warranty covering movement and mechanical defects under normal use. Exclusions include cosmetic wear, accidental damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear and tear. Warranty service must be performed by ECI Jewelers. Non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required.
Manufacturer Warranty
Certain watches may still be covered under the original manufacturer's warranty.
Any applicable manufacturer warranty is separate from and in addition to the ECI Jewelers limited warranty. Coverage, terms, and eligibility are determined solely by the manufacturer. Customers should refer to the original warranty card and manufacturer documentation for complete warranty details.
Shipping & Return
Domestic shipping
Free insured overnight shipping on all domestic orders via FedEx Express. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day — otherwise next business day.

Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Accompanied by original certification and purchase receipt

Not eligible for return: customized, engraved, made-to-order, or size-modified pieces.
International shipping
We ship to most international destinations. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility — check with your local customs office before ordering. Tariffs are non-refundable.
