Returns & exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Accompanied by original certification and purchase receipt

Not eligible for return: customized, engraved, made-to-order, or size-modified pieces.
International shipping
We ship to most international destinations. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility — check with your local customs office before ordering. Tariffs are non-refundable.

Custom, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are final sale. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to begin the design process.
