All watches are sized to fit the average wrist, approximately 7¼" to 7½" for men and 6¼" to 6½" for women. Additional links can be purchased if needed.
When listed as a “Complete Set,” the watch includes its original Omega box and papers.
Shipping & Return
Domestic shipping
We offer free insured FedEx Express overnight shipping on all domestic orders. Orders with cleared payment before 2 PM New York time on a business day ship the same business day; otherwise, they ship the next business day after payment clears. Shipping and dispatch take place on business days only. A signature is required for delivery.

Returns & exchanges
We accept returns for a refund or an exchange within 14 days of delivery or in-store receipt for both online and in-store purchases. Items must be:
- New and unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received
- Accompanied by the original tags, packaging, certification, accessories, purchase receipt, and all included bracelet links

Custom orders, including customized, engraved, and made-to-order pieces, are final sale.
Ordinary bracelet sizing performed by ECI Jewelers before delivery or collection does not affect the 14-day return or exchange eligibility. All included bracelet links must accompany the return.
International shipping
We ship to most international destinations. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility — check with your local customs office before ordering. Tariffs are non-refundable.
