Orders ship within 24 hours of placement via FedEx Express, with next-day delivery on domestic orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible items under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
• Original certification and purchase receipt must be included.

Refunds are issued to the original purchaser's account once we've reviewed and confirmed the sales receipt. To initiate a return, please call our showroom at +1 (908) 289-4300.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: customized or engraved pieces, specially designed or made-to-order items, size-modified orders, and watches.

Domestic Shipping

Free insured shipping on all domestic orders via FedEx Express. All deliveries require a signature, so please ship to an address where someone will be available to receive the package. For overnight shipping requests, call us at +1 (908) 289-4300.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations at a flat rate. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are set by your country's regulations and are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details. Tariffs and duties are non-refundable.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom, made-to-order, and engraved items — including size modifications — cannot be returned or exchanged. A non-refundable $500 deposit is required to begin the design process. These pieces are crafted to your specifications and are final sale.
