When listed as a “Complete Set,” the watch includes its original Rolex box and papers.
2 Year Warranty
Your watch is backed by ECI Jewelers' two-year limited warranty covering movement and mechanical defects under normal use. Exclusions include cosmetic wear, accidental damage, water damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, and normal wear and tear. Warranty service must be performed by ECI Jewelers. Non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase required.
Manufacturer Warranty
Certain watches may still be covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Rolex watches originally sold in 2024 or newer may include the remainder of Rolex's five-year international warranty, beginning from the original date of purchase as indicated on the Rolex warranty card.
Any applicable manufacturer warranty is separate from and in addition to the ECI Jewelers limited warranty. Coverage, terms, and eligibility are determined solely by the manufacturer. Customers should refer to the original warranty card and manufacturer documentation for complete warranty details.

Free insured overnight shipping on all domestic orders via FedEx Express. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day — otherwise next business day.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Accompanied by original certification and purchase receipt
