Domestic Shipping

ECI Jewelers provides Free shipping for all domestic orders. Our packages are shipped via Express services through FedEx. All shipments must be directed to a physical address where someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery. International Shipping

ECI Jewelers is delighted to offer international shipping to most destinations, with a flat-rate fee. Watches, Custom & Special Orders Policy

Refunds are not applicable for watches, custom, and made-to-order items, including engravings and size modified orders. Custom orders necessitate a non-refundable $500 deposit to initiate the design process. These bespoke pieces are crafted to the buyer's specifications and, as such, cannot be exchanged or returned.
